Your responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with both the Client operational and Client finance teams
Understand the commercial model and enforce governance and compliance to support effective execution
Produce Client and corporate reports and provide value add financial commentary in their portfolio
Working closely with operations and commercial team to identify all possible savings opportunities and ensure that financial targets are achieved
Support collation of monthly accruals to Client finance teams
Balance sheet preparation and reviews
Provide ad-hoc support to Finance & Contract Support Manager as required
Working closely with the team to identify all possible savings opportunities and ensure that financial targets are achieved
Support compilation of CBRE annual budgets & quarterly forecasts
Support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
Our requirements
Strong command of English language (both written & verbal)
Bachelor/Master degree preferred
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Finance principles
Experience in Finance or related departments
Basic knowledge of Real Estate and Project Management would be a plus
Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
Proper priority setting and time management – target orientated
