Client Details

Our Client is a brand new SSC from Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, currently in the greenfield stage of building it's structures in Warsaw.

Description

• Support month-end close.

• Review and approve account reconciliations in Blackline.

• Drive process improvement opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with other finance and non-finance teams, as well as external providers.

• Ensure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controls.

• Focus on team engagement and talent development.

• Support local, regional, and global projects with financial expertise.

Profile

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong management skills.

• Proven experience in a multinational environment.

• Good knowledge of US GAAP.

• Excellent communication skills, and flexible attitude.

• Excellent command of English.

• Very good practical knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or part qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA.

• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.

• Experience in JDE, Blackline, Alteryx and W-Desk is an advantage.
