Your responsibilities

  • Lead the regional HR Administration, Payroll and HR Representatives Team (ca. 15 Team members);
  • Lead the sub-regional Team Leads;
  • Lead the onboarding of new Team Members;
  • Lead HR Project;
  • Coach and support the Team to resolve service issues and use it as an learning opportunity;
  • Support the culture of openness, transparency and desire to grow among the Team Members;
  • Partner with HR Directors and HR Vendors to respond to markets needs and requirements;
  • Oversee the correctness of payrolls processing;
  • Take responsibility of the quality and timeliness of HR Administration and HR Representatives Team;
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly analysis & reports
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with vendor to troubleshoot issues and manage ongoing change requests

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Thirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements utilizing technology
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer service focus
  • Prior experience in Payroll Operations;
  • Fluent French is highly appreciated
