Your responsibilities
- Lead the regional HR Administration, Payroll and HR Representatives Team (ca. 15 Team members);
- Lead the sub-regional Team Leads;
- Lead the onboarding of new Team Members;
- Lead HR Project;
- Coach and support the Team to resolve service issues and use it as an learning opportunity;
- Support the culture of openness, transparency and desire to grow among the Team Members;
- Partner with HR Directors and HR Vendors to respond to markets needs and requirements;
- Oversee the correctness of payrolls processing;
- Take responsibility of the quality and timeliness of HR Administration and HR Representatives Team;
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly analysis & reports
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with vendor to troubleshoot issues and manage ongoing change requests

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident
- Excellent analytical skills
- Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities
- Thirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements utilizing technology
- Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service focus
- Prior experience in Payroll Operations;
- Fluent French is highly appreciated
