Your responsibilities

  • Solenis is currently looking for the  EMEA HR Payroll Specialist Junior join our existing team.

  • This is a full-time, office-based opportunity in Solenis office located on Giełdowa 1 in Warsaw.

  • Process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with all statutory regulations

  • Process employee data changes as needed and finalize employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processing

  • Effectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, vendors

  • Proactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll manager

  • Cooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendors

  • Takes part in audit and other common related activities once required

  • Manage registration for new employees (insurance, new hire reporting to governmental agencies)

Our requirements

  • Keen interest in pursuing career in HR Operations area and eagerness to learn

  • Very good Excel and analytical skills, good with numbers

  • B2 level in English (both written and spoken)

  • Responsibility, strong organizational skills

  • Open minded with good level of motivation and initiative, self-discipline, task prioritization

  • Very good communication skills


  • Experience in HR Operations (preferably minimum 1 – 2 years in payroll, benefits, taxes, staff cases and similar)

  • Additional languages: preferably Spanish, French, Dutch

  • Experience in Kronos/Workday or any other time and attendance system
