Your responsibilities
About the role
As EMEA HR Solutions Enablement Manager you will support Continuous Process Improvement projects that support Arrow’s global human resources strategy and global process harmonization.
What will you do?
•Lead, plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives. Organize, lead and facilitate complex cross-functional project teams.
•Develop and implement operational approach to global HR processes. Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence to translate global standards into global execution.
•Regularly review processes for improvement and standardization, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations.
•Survey and analyse best practices for techniques and processes.
•Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identify indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collect data to identify root cause of problems.
•Measure performance against process requirements. Align improvement to performance shortfalls. Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering.
•Lead project calls, assign work and manage project to timeline and outcomes. Communicate team progress. Create dashboards for reporting status to key stakeholders
•Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
•Create project related process documents.
Our requirements
You already have 5 or more years’ experience working within the project management function and overseeing medium to large transformation or process improvement projects
Your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will be a great advantage
You are able to work independently, with minimal direction
You have excellent communication and presentation skills and you can perfectly lead the work of project teams
You have an aptitude to resolve complex problems where precedents may not exist
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
You can demonstrate ability to use best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve services, and processes.
