    EMEA Internal Control Analyst
    Location: Łódź

    We are currently looking for a EMEA Internal Control Analyst to join our Lodz office. Do you have a relevant experience in financial area? Do you find yourself well in a fast paced, international work environment?

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own the EMEA quarterly SOX certification process to ensure controls are updated as necessary and certifications are made timely and efficiently. Act as a primary point of contact for control owner changes and queries
    • Help deliver an efficient and effective process for Management’s SOX testing by ensuring control owners are trained on IPE/EAE. Assist owners through review of documentation and act a point of contact for clarification areas before testing
    • Actively partner with Internal Audit finding owners to ensure timely closure of audit points
    • Assist with establishing an on-going framework for Non-Trading Company controls, including monitoring control performance and ensuring certifications are made as required
    • Assist with monitoring and review activities for EMEA trading entities, including site checklists and test of key controls as part of the risk assurance program
    • Work with EMEA Accounting and Controls Manager with ad hoc risk and controls activities as considered necessary

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Accounting/Finance/Business Degree or related discipline
    • Professional accounting qualification
    • Proven experience of financial analysis, financial accounting or planning experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity envy
    • Good command of English is a must
    • Advanced competency with Excel and Microsoft Office
    • Demonstrate ability to work independently
    • Demonstrate problem solving skills
    • Proven analytical and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in international, matrix environment
    • Occasional travel to McCormick EMEA locations
