Your responsibilities

  • The EMEA partner marketing team are focused on delivering world class marketing and enablement support to our partners via our indusry leading Marketing Velcoity suite.

  • In the role of the EMEA Partner Marketing Activation Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that we both deliver, and look for ways to continually improve, an outstanding partner experience. You will be the guru for the team, our partners, and our internal stakeholders. You will know what’s new, what’s expiring, what’s working well – and what may need tweaking. With this knowledge you will be a key contributor to our partner strategy.

  • Key tasks will include:

  • Campaigns / Marketing Velocity Alignment:

  • Understand and report on local campaign upload status, and assist where required. Keep the EMEA partner marketing team updated

  • Ensure the MV platforms are still actualization with content – taking a lead role in the Marketing Velocity Learning content team

  • Feeding back into if MV platform issues occur

  • Point of contact for MV 2.0 platform updates

  • Comms:

  • Interlock with Campaigns Lead and EMEA comms on new campaign launches, keeping the Comms plan timeline updated

  • Assist Comms team identifying key messages and collateral to drive external comms

  • Manage the MV social syndication – delivering partner focused posts to MVC

  • Enablement:

  • Point of contact for our  Managers and our Business Units for advice and assistance on MVC and MVL

  • Work with Campaigns Lead to deliver MV platform update and enablement – via webinars, ebooks, FAQs etc

  • Support Campaigns Lead on delivering regular updates to EMEA partner marketing community

  • Planning & Reporting:

  • Deliver regular reports on Campaign KPIs – campaign usage, localisation usage, asset usage etc. – highlighting key trends

  • Own the PMM Plan preview process – delivering quarterly summaries aligned to QBRs

  • Manage QBR reporting – collating and delivering the relevant data and insights to the team

  • If you have:

  • +5 years of experience as Marketing Director on global projects

  • An eye for detail and experience of working within complex marketing systems (Eloqua, Unica, hubspot, marketo etc)

  • Experience in the digital marketing mix and construction of marketing campaigns

  • Experience of tracking and monitoring performance of campaigns

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English

  • The ability to leverage market and digital reporting data with Partners to ensure best opportunities and results

  • The ability to collaborate between teams to ensure aligned strategies

  • An affinity with technology and understanding of B2C and B2B Commerce
