We are currently looking for Candidates for our Client for the following position:
EMEA Regional Senior Payroll Analyst

What will your job look like?

  • Support EMEA Payrolls from a centralized Time & Payroll
  • Coordinate third party payroll system implementations and upgrades
  • Act as senior escalation point on all EMEA payroll service issues and support resolution with vendor as well as timely resolution of payroll related queries from employees and legal entity stakeholders
  • Audits employee pay records and reconciles total by department, location, country ets
  • Ensure employees receive accurate remuneration on the published pay dates, thereby ensuring that the Company meets its contractual obligations
  • May assist with audits of internal records, stock transactions, tax fillings and related documentation 
  • Approve monthly, quarterly, annual and other periodicity reports to the management of the Company, local authorities and other recipients
  • Oversee required payments to third parties and ensure statutory deadlines are met

Knowledge & Experience:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field; professional certification is a plus
  • 3 years relevant experience handling payroll from different countries
  • 2 years’ experience with Payroll systems, HRIS, generating reports, processing payrolls
  • Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, is a requirement
  • Knowledge of basic SOX controls and auditing processes and is committed to the importance of accounting standards and controls
  • Technologically sound to intergrade data from different systems to create reports
  • Team player and be able to work in fast-pace environment, meeting deadline in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task and get priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills within a multi-cultural business environment
