For our Client, a Global Manufacturing Company, we are looking for candidates for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for conducting recruitment projects in EMEA Region in the area of Technical Sales, Information Technology and Back Office Functions.
lead and execute full cycle recruiting from intake to offer,
work closely with HR, hiring managers and leaders to source, pipeline and recruit top talent in locations across EMEA,
develop and maintain a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies and professional organizations to help identify and source qualified candidates,
resume and phone screening to match the proper level of qualifications of a candidate to open positions,
utilize all recruitment tools included but not limited to ATS, 3rd party resume databases, proprietary candidate portals, social media channels, and any other external recruitment tools,
create, develop, and maintain TA best practices. This will include being held accountable to certain TA metrics and standards along with process improvement initiatives,
continuously identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent,
3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment,
1–2 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience will be an advantage,
fluency in English and Polish,
recruitment in the manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential,
ability to work across multiple geographies and/or business sectors, such as Technical Sales, IT, Finance, Manufacturing and HR,
capacity to source, screen, hire and secure the best talent for organizational needs, ensuring a diverse candidate pool,
experience implementing a global ATS or CRM is highly desirable.
