Responsible for the coordination, consolidation, reconciliation and preparation of annual, monthly and quarterly environmental, social, governance (ESG) reports at regional level in EMEA. Ensure complete and accurate ESG data disclosures.
Track sustainability-related KPIs and analyse progress towards long-term goals and interim targets
Assess and analyze regional reports to identify potential carbon emission reduction and coordinate with local entities to implement sustainable actions
Facilitate the implementation of supplier Ecovadis assessment through our Together for Sustainability (TfS) membership, monitor and proactively track progress
Participate on internal Corporate task forces to create new sustainability initiatives and goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or similarly related field,
2-3 years of relevant experience in chemicals, sustainability or environment projects,
Proficient in English.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
Able to liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally, team player
Excellent time management skills in order to follow different assigned targets,
Highly organized, hands-on, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines,
Strong sense of ownership, initiative and drive (problem solver, self-starter and forward thinker with a bias for prompt action and removing roadblocks, accountable to get things done in a timely manner),
Experience in sustainable supply chain including scope 3 emissions, metrics, rating and reporting systems is a strong asset,
Familiarity with ESG issues, climate risk and reporting frameworks (i.e., GRI, SASB, etc.), as well as sustainability and ESG reporting software platforms creates an added value.
