    About the job

    Role Purpose

    Responsible for supporting customer facing sales employees and managers in making best use of the processes, systems, tools and data that they need to enable them to perform their roles with maximum effectiveness and productivity.

     

    Key Accountabilities

    • Sales Targets: Supports the setting and communication of sales targets and margin tasks in partnership with Sales Leadership. Allocates individual sales targets, personal objectives and sales territories to underpin the achievement of the Sales Plan.
    • Sales Forecast: Accountable for timely and accurate sales forecasts and the provision of accurate sales pipeline information to underpin the business forecasts.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Technology: Leads the enablement and roll out of technologies that enable increased Sales Team productivity. Monitors the compliance of the Sales organization with required standards of CRM data quality. Works closely with Sales Leadership to optimize the effectiveness of Fujitsu’ technology investments.
    • Incentive Plans: Ensures compliance to aligned Sales compensation plans. Processes claims where required and ensures that plan rules are applied fairly and consistently across the organization.
    • Sales Methodology: Ensures compliance to the Company’s Sales methodology and account planning tools. Ensures that this remains fit for purpose and is adopted to generate high quality, insight-led account plans.
    • Best Practice: Applies industry best practice in order to drive the Sales Team maturity as an enabler for growth.
    • General Management: Is a visible and valued member of the relevant management team, influencing strategy for market making, capability and offering development.
    • On behalf of the Sales Operations Director, own the relationship with the Sales Leadership team in country.
    • Work with the Sales Professional community leads and other sales focused teams and individuals from within Fujitsu to share knowledge, encourage integration and develop best in class approach to attraction, retention, and development of the sales team.
    • Support the Sales Director in defining and driving objectives, deliverables and best practice for the sales team using CRM data and industry best practices.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Accuracy and timeliness of the sales forecasts.
    • Accountable for the on time implementation of sales organization quotas including additional sales performance objectives.
    • Customer engagement – measure of customer intimacy (references, relationships, joint strategy sessions)
