Your responsibilities

  • Liaising directly with Hiring Managers, Program Owners, MD Sponsors etc… when required.

  • Sourcing of candidates.

  • Filtering and shortlisting relevant candidates.

  • Running established assessment processes in conjunction with Hiring Managers and the Interview Scheduling team.

  • Creation and extension of offers.

  • Liaising with internal onboarding teams.

  • Assistance to the wider ET team on the development and implementation of global ET governance and strategy.

  • Playing a pivotal role in ensuring all relevant recruitment controls and Program Onboarding/Governance controls are being met with regards to global ET Programming.

  • Implementing select sections of the Minor Employment Standard to ensure that minors, globally, are being onboarded, screened and supported in an appropriate manner when they join the firm.

  • Building knowledge of competitor institutions and using market data and intelligence to inform hiring decisions.

  • Feeding this knowledge into the overall global ET strategy.

  • Collaborating with and learning from other Junior Talent recruitment partners within the firm regarding global best practices around the sourcing of Junior Talent.

  • Demonstrating ability as a recruitment subject matter expert to implement meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of diverse, qualified candidate pools, including the use of technology, automation/AI and alternative sourcing techniques.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of overall professional experience. Experience within recruitment or sourcing is preferred but by no means necessary.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrable ability to manage high-volume processes concurrently.

  • Comfortable with a slightly atypical working hour pattern. It is likely successful candidates will need to start their day 2 hours after usual start times and end 2 hours later.

The JPMorgan Chase Emerging Talent (ET) team creates unique programs that complement traditional Campus and Lateral/Experienced recruitment efforts by bringing in candidates that are often underrepresented in typical talent channels. Within our Emerging Talent Internships and Apprenticeships portfolio, we welcome candidates into circa 60 programs globally.

The ET recruitment function is new within JPMorgan Chase and will see ET Recruiters managing end to end recruitment and onboarding support for all relevant global ET Internship/Apprenticeship programs. Critical to this role will be the ability to coordinate this process for multiple hiring managers, of varying seniority, concurrently. These individuals will also spend a part of their capacity on assisting with global ET Governance and Project Management tasks.
