Your responsibilities
- Creation of employment contracts for TÜV Rheinland employees located in Germany
- Cooperation with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in the area of employment
- Communication with candidates on contract related matters
- Participation in improvement initiatives aiming process efficiency in the area of contract management
Our requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good command of German (at least B2 level)
- Good command of English (at least B1 level) – it’s the common corporate language
- Very good knowledge on German labour law (must have)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
- Work experience with SAP Success Factors will be an asset
