Your responsibilities

  • HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.

  • Provide HR leadership for the Manufacturing Operation Team

  • Ensure the culture and strategy of the Supply Chain aligns with and contributes to the business-wide priorities,

  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to develop a workforce plan, building key skills and a pipeline for critical talent across the factory

  • Champion Lean methodologies to build organizational capabilities, contain cost, reduce inefficiencies and waste, and maximize performance across the business and HR function

  • Manage talent management strategy, relying on data to fulfill the organizations’ business strategies, including leadership in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives

  • Execute human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and develop/implement appropriate change management plans as required

  • Advise, coach, counsel, and provide candid feedback to People Leaders

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process for the manufacturing operation team.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Report to management and provide support to make the right choice through HR metrics

  • Act as an employee advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment

  • Ensure that routine and complex employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved to drive and promote a work environment that is in compliance with the Spirit and the Letter

Our requirements

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • Strong experience in a variety of Human Resource or related positions

  • Fluent Polish & Englis


  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Labor Relations or Business Administration from and accredited college or university

  • Demonstrated influencing and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively link HR strategy to business strategy

  • In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices

  • Driven leader who sets high standards, possesses a positive outlook, is a continuous learner, and will roll up sleeves to get the job done

  • Prior experience in Manufacturing environments

  • Ability to energize and manage in complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and create a positive, team-oriented culture

  • Passionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeed

  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels

  • Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
