Your responsibilities

  • Managing systems administrators across our platforms, ensuring they have the correct access and understand the governance, guidance and responsibilities of their role

  • Working with the relevant Product Owner to ensure standards are being met and feeding into action plans to evolve and continually improve AstraZeneca’s presence on our various global platforms and tools

  • Maintaining and looking at how to continually improve relevant training, process and guideline documentation, making sure they’re easy to find and easily understood

  • Working with the wider EBRM team to ensure any changes are communicated to the TAQ community

  • Working with the EBRM Managers to make sure source tracking is in place for all campaigns and new platforms. This includes liaising with the supplier, advert distribution platform (Broadbean) and our internal IT team to make sure this is truly end to end and looking at ways to streamline and improve this process over time

  • Quarterly review of data in PowerBI alongside the People Analytics and EBRM teams to make sure it’s as accurate as possible and working with the team to create quarterly analysis packs for our stakeholders and leading on any updates and changes to what we’re reporting and how we’re reporting it to our stakeholders

  • Managing all digital assurance concerns as they arise, working with our external supplier to rectify issues as quickly as possible

  • Running and analysing reports in various platforms to assess performance

  • Joining monthly and quarterly calls with our suppliers to ensure any product updates and enhancements are being tracked and updated in any documentation

  • Working closely with our systems and process team to ensure we’re aligned and aware of any changes that might impact both / either team

Our requirements

  • Proven experience of working in a Talent Acquisition function

  • Deep knowledge of the general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results

  • Knowledge and understand of key recruitment marketing platforms, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor & Indeed

  • Takes a data first and analytical approach

  • Systems thinking approach – always considering how what we do impacts other areas of TAQ

  • Experience of working with external vendors

  • Strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer

  • Experience of digital recruitment marketing

  • Experience of working in a global, complex organisation

  • Experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy / approach

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Desirable

The EBRM Technical Administrator is an essential part of the Global Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing team and our drive towards operational excellence. Working closely with the wider EBRM team they’ll ensure we have full documentation, processes and guidelines for all of our attraction platforms (including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, the Employer Brand Portal and iCims Video Studio) and that we’re continually evolving and developing these to give us the best return on investment and add value to our TAQ teams. and that any attraction activity can be fully tracked from the original source through to our ATS.

They’ll make sure that we’re keeping all of our systems administrators up to date, updating access to leavers and joiners, making sure they’re clear on the roles and responsibilities when managing the tool and how to access all training and guidance material, which they keep meticulously up to date.

Outside of the EBRM team, your key relationships will be with our Systems & Experience CoE, making sure our approach is joined up and any activity has considered the impact for both teams, our Analytics team, frequently checking in to ensure our data is clean and up to date, and our IT/Workday teams.

You’ll be working alongside the wider EBRM team on building and maintaining our relationship with a whole host of external suppliers. You’ll be working with them to consider the impact of any changes being made to how we get things done, making sure data is flowing from their systems, tools and platforms for us so we can assess the impact they have. You’ll be joining monthly operation calls and quarterly business reviews to keep yourself updated with performance and considering new functionality.
