We have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Brand Specialist for EMEA to take responsibility to develop and implement our Employer Brand and Social Media strategy across 44 EMEA countries to position BD as an employer of choice in the external market place. Our aim is to attract the best and brightest talent to BD and leveraging our employer value proposition is a key enabler for this.

Location: Poland - Wroclaw (preferred) or remote.

Working with the Talent Acquisition Operations and Employer Brand Manager, this position will be managing the implementation of multiple employer brand and social media projects across different business units and functions, working with partners in the marketing, HR and business teams, as well as with external vendors.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with BD Business Leaders, HR and Talent Acquisition to design, implement, and execute employer brand and social media campaigns to address key talent gaps
  • Implement the Employer Brand strategy and roadmap across the EMEA region by working with preferred external vendors
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent Employer Brand
  • Manage our careers content, campaigns and social media presence across all relevant platforms
  • Manage the EMEA careers site to ensure the content is updated, accurate and relevant
  • Help build the company’s overall competency in the employer brand area Partners with other Talent Acquisition professionals across the region to share learnings and best practice
  • Collaborate with Corporate Brand teams to ensure all material is brand compliant

About you


Based in Poland, you will be an enthusiastic, passionate and driven individual who is looking to join us in our Employer Brand journey. To be successful you will have the following experience:

  • Experienced in implementing employer brand strategies across EMEA
  • Social media expert
  • Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations

In addition, you will demonstrate the following skills:

  • Solid and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven creative skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and/or confidential situations with ease, professionalism, and savviness.

Experience working with a large, heavily matrix environment, ideally within Medical Devices/Life Sciences is advantageous but not essential.
