You will be

  • Support in creating & promoting Grand Parade employer brand in Cracow IT Community
  • Running Employer Branding projects according to EB strategy
  • Close collaboration with the HR team to support specific recruitment campaigns and events
  • Driving engagement of Grand Parade employees
  • Support in leading social media activities - preparation of various content & copywriting
  • Managing IT events & conferences sponsorship
  • Taking part in event planning, internal mobilization and contract negotiation as well as engaging attendees into interactions during the events
  • Organizing and coordinating internal & external events
  • Internal communication (preparing newsletters, coordinating William Hill global actions in Cracow office etc.)
  • Support in organizing internal gamification
  • Marketing research

We expect you to have

  • Experience in Employer Branding, PR and internal communication (min. 1 year) /IT or tech environment preferable but not necessary
  • Experience in organizing conferences, events, communities
  • Experience in writing content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as newsletters or regular email bulletins
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign)
  • Experience with online advertising (FB Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress CRM
  • Experience in content creation and social media management
  • “Can do” positive attitude and taking initiative is a must
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
