Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us as part of the Employer Branding team, where you will be responsible for developing creative content to manage and support recruitment initiatives covering internal mobility, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and campus. You will support virtual initiatives across recruitment using tools and developing branded content. These will encompass tools such as Zoom/ Webex and varied platforms across social media and job boards. You will also manage work with recruiters to develop advertising campaigns to support hiring and participate in recruitment events.

You will be joining a highly skilled and collaborative EMEA Employer Branding team. We operate seamlessly across regions, driving innovation and excellence. Based in Wroclaw, you will work closely with London colleagues and also the broader channel management team working with colleagues in New York, Zurich and Singapore. As part of the broader HR organization, we participate in enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. Our requirements

  • Passionate about employer branding and recruitment marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) ideally in marketing or related area

  • Proven experience in delivery of creative virtual events (live webcasts, webinars, online chats) and social media engagement

  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity, sense of urgency and quality standards. Proven ability to learn, manage work under pressure and multitask effectively in a fast paced environment

  • Outstanding project management skills – result oriented with ability to prioritize, manage tasks and follow up on deliverables in a highly organized manner as well as execute high volume recruitment processes

  • Adept at conducting research, analyzing and synthesizing data, and communicating it clearly

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
