Your responsibilities

  • Support and maintain HR processes with strong focus on Employer Branding

  • Strengthen our company brand - on- and offline

  • Organize and participate in EB activities and events for different target groups

  • Design and conduct end-to-end Social Media campaigns (from idea generation to final launch and success tracking)

  • Develop and maintain the cooperation with universities and students organizations

  • Measure the success of Employer Branding activities

  • Support other HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and coaching

Our requirements

  • Have a deep, strategic understanding of Employer Branding approaches and techniques

  • Have professional experience in online and offline Employer Branding activities, preferably in an international (IT) environment

  • Know English very well

  • Present analytical skills and have an eye for detail

  • Be a communicative, creative person who is open for new ideas

  • Be able to organize your own work and strive for self-development

  • Have very good computer skills (MS Office)


  • have first experience in Recruitment area and graphic design
