Your responsibilities
Employer Branding Specialist is a new part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
Your work will mainly consist in creating and implementing projects in the area of internal and external Employer Branding, building a positive image of the employer.
Main tasks:
1. Co-creation of the EB strategy along with the analysis and development of EVP:
• preparation of recruitment and image campaigns
• searching for new trends, tools, communication channels and market monitoring in the EB area
• organization of internal and external events and internal corporate initiatives
• analyzing the effectiveness of activities, including image and recruitment campaignss
• managing the communication calendar and supporting departments in planning content promotion
• taking care of the coherence of internal communication and the exchange of knowledge within the organization
• support in managing dedicated social channels
Our requirements
2-3 years of experience in independently managing EB projects
experience in coordinating internal communication processes and ease in creating content that engages the reader
use of the English language – free communication. We use it on a daily basis
knowledge about modern solutions and trends at the EB area
Knowledge of professional social media tools (in particular LinkedIn)
ability to work under time pressure and take responsibility for the own tasks
