Your responsibilities
Based on business needs, develop a consistent and innovative plan on how to be more visible as employer of choice for professionals in Finance, HR and Information Systems/IT, creating a solid pipeline of candidates and nurturing it.
Project manage internal and external initiatives (eg. Events, Social Media Campaigns, Articles, etc) to improve the brand of ABB as an employer with particular focus on the GBS (Global Business Services) Krakow HUB
Maintain a solid connection with professionals’ networks and business associations in Poland in order to showcase ABB as employer of choice for those categories
Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and develop sourcing and attraction strategies for key categories, in particular HR, Information Systems/IT and Finance
Branding: Make sure the ABB Employer Brand is correctly deployed in all relevant digital or offline channels targeting professionals
Closely collaborate with the Early Talents and Employer Branding team and the Talent Acquisition team to create synergies and target challenges proactively
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/HR/Communications related fields and experience in Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition/Sourcing in an international corporation
Experience with branding and communications, ideally developing marketing and social media campaigns and plans
Good knowledge of the Polish talent market is an asset
End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects
Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders
Very good communication skills, strong customer service orientation
Professional English knowledge, both written and spoken
Team spirit, self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive
