Your responsibilities
Support and maintain HR processes with strong focus on Employer Branding
Strengthen our company brand - on- and offline
Organize and participate in EB activities and events for different target groups
Design and conduct end-to-end Social Media campaigns (from idea generation to final launch and success tracking)
Develop and maintain the cooperation with universities and students organizations
Measure the success of Employer Branding activities
Support other HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and coaching
Our requirements
Have a deep, strategic understanding of Employer Branding approaches and techniques
Have professional experience in online and offline Employer Branding activities, preferably in an international (IT) environment
Know English very well
Present analytical skills and have an eye for detail
Be a communicative, creative person who is open for new ideas
Be able to organize your own work and strive for self-development
Have very good computer skills (MS Office)
Optional
have first experience in Recruitment area and graphic design
