    We are currently searching for candidates for the position of:

    Enablement Manager – DM Process Owner Support

    Location: Warsaw

     

    As an Enablement Manager you will be working in Data Management area. You will be responsible for the leadership and lifecycle management of all procedural or system documents in DM and for ensuring compliance with applicable industry regulations and AstraZeneca’s Global and Local Policies. You will work collaboratively with internal and external customers and stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and to enable optimal end-to-end delivery of clinical studies.

    As an Enablement Manager you will be responsible for the identification, definition and delivery of improvements in end-to-end clinical study delivery, utilizing tools and techniques to achieve continuous improvement and value creation such as Lean Six Sigma. We expect you to actively seek and promote creative and innovative ideas to drive performance and bring new solutions to customers.

    To be successful in this role you should have the ability to work collaboratively and quickly get a good understanding of what study teams need. You will need to understand the processes, technology and services they rely on to be able to provide advice, guidance and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Essential Requirements

    • Bachelor’s of Science in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in Drug Development within a pharmaceutical or clinical background.
    • Experience in Data Management, minimum 4 years.
    • High level of business process, technology and Clinical Study information knowledge.
    • Demonstrated project management skills and proven skills to deliver to time, cost and quality.
    • Experience in working collaboratively with external partners delivering mutual benefit.

    Desirable Requirements

    • Experience of utilizing standard process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to identify root causes of process issues and identify areas of process improvement.
    • Experience in the development and management of Business Process to deliver business performance.
    • Experience in Validation of computerized systems in a regulated environment including familiarity with documentation such as Validation Plans, Reports, Test scripts etc. and knowledge of regulatory (GxP, SOX etc.) requirements for computerized systems and infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of ICH/GCP.
    • Experience of Quality Systems and Quality Management, including process definition and process improvement, ideally within an Information Systems environment.
