Your responsibilities
- Being a contact point for all internal and external key stakeholders for operational queries and supports delegated ESS teams by providing timely and accurate data
- Coordinating the internal Business Impact Assessment
- Supporting the on-boarding due diligence process
- Tracking and chasing data
- Storing data for use by other ESS teams
- Relationship management; upholding XL Catlin standards and values
- Coordinating Underwriting, Claims and ESS functions
- Feedback on data quality and timeliness
- Communication around account schedule and requirements
- Incident flagging
Our requirements
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must – at least C1, any other foreign language is desirable
- Educated to university level
- Overall 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment preferred but not mandatory
- Customer service/ sales experience is highly welcomed
- Computer literate including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- General understanding of Delegated Insurance business preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Excellent people skills, communicative and open to new challenges and changes
- Ability to craft a narrative from data and share and present those insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to varied stakeholders and team members
- Comfortable with communicating/ hosting calls with global stakeholders
- An intercultural awareness of the challenges associated with international business
- Ability to deliver the work in a timely manner

As a fast growing Centre of Excellence (CoE) we are looking for an Engagement Analyst to support our Insurance Platform Office – Strategic Projects and Delegated Authorities. The Department is currently being restructured that you will have a chance to work in a fast-moving project environment that is setting up the BAU processes and structure.
You will be part of a team that provides a coordinator role for all internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for third party relationship management, query resolution, obtaining and providing data and information.
