For our Client, international manufacturing company we are looking for person for position: Engineering and Maintenance Manager.

ensures that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, ensures the efficiency of all external production processes,
develops engineering plan for the site based on strategic agenda and investment plans,
develops& drives a maintenance plan for the site to ensure reliability of process equipment and site infrastructure,
defines production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process in order to minimize cost and maximize quality,
develops and proposes the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and processes,
cooperates with R&D or international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supports engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules,
evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost,
reinforces and maintains a culture of health & safety in all production development initiatives.

higher education in relevant technical area,
5+ years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company,
knowledge of production technology, process development and Lean Manufacturing methodologies,
demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills,
excellent and fluent written and verbal communication skills in English,
open for regular change & solution driven.
