Dane osobowe zbierane w celu realizacji procesu rekrutacji oraz dane przetwarzane w oparciu o zgodę na przyszłe rekrutacje przez będą przetwarzane przez okres 36 miesięcy. W razie cofnięcia zgody na przyszłe rekrutacje lub wykorzystanie wizerunku dane te zostaną niezwłocznie usunięte.
 
Przewidywane kategorie odbiorców danych: pracownicy działu HR, rekruterzy techniczni  oraz kadra kierownicza decydująca o zatrudnieniu. Dane osobowe będą przekazywane do USA.
 
Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do żądania od administratora dostępu do danych osobowych dotyczących swojej osoby, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo sprzeciwu oraz prawo do przenoszenia danych.
 
Przysługuje Pani/Panu także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych albo Generalnego Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych). Informuję, iż Pani/Pana dane będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany na etapie zawierania umowy w celu weryfikacji prawidłowości podanych danych, niemniej jednak nie będzie to prowadziło do zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji.

Engineering Manager is charged with efficient assignment of software and firmware engineers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software and embedded software products. To succeed in this role, he/she must develop and maintain a trained, capable staff assigned to the appropriate projects selected according to communicated business priorities. Planning horizon for this role usually extends to 3-5 years and requires competency suitable for constructing relevant team development strategy.


Engineering Manager leads adoption and continued improvement in definition, development, maintenance and institutionalization of standard engineering practices. Mentors senior engineering personnel toward success in product design, development and test, particularly in relation to understanding of objectives specified by product management, architecture, and customer support. Simultaneously Engineering Manager identifies and develops leaders in order to support his group and provide organizational structure required to achieve business goals.

 

Successful incumbent will have a privilege to manage development teams of size from 30 to 50 engineers. There is immediate need to manage Logix Designer and Emulate development teams. However, rapid growth of S/W team within KCE CVB Campus may also create interesting opportunities in S/W COMMs COE, Pharma Suite or Raider RA product spaces.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical experience in a software/firmware development organization including minimum of 5 years of team leadership/management
  • Prior success in building and managing software/embedded software team(s), preferably 25+ engineers
  • Experience with software and/or firmware engineering practices including SCRUM (knowledge of SAFe is a plus)
  • Proven track record of developing technical leaders (development and test) as well as other advanced engineering roles (e.g. product architects, scrum masters, product owners)
  • Demonstrated skill in identifying and growing leaders for development teams
  • Practical experience in developing plans and solutions supporting execution of business initiatives in multi-site environment, basing on and extending directives from senior engineering leadership
  • Knowledge of design, implementation and test of distributed automation systems with significant network component is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or similar
  • Fluent English supported by extended practice in prior assignments
