Your responsibilities

  • Provide consecutive interpreting,

  • Support various institutions in the US/UK (banks, post offices, medical centers, etc.) which are having difficulties in communicating with foreigners living there due to a language barrier,

  • Answer requests and interpret real-time conversations both ways via video call or a phone call, using a dedicated application.

Our requirements

  • Excellent command of Russian and English,

  • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation,

  • Being able to empathize with the caller,

  • You live in Poland and have legally authorized to work in the country,

  • Shift availability- work is in a 24/7 shift system, 7 days a week- also in the afternoon hours,

  • Have a stable cable internet connection and calm environment to be able to work remotely from home,

  • Stress resistant - if one of the speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergencies such as 911 calls,

  • We require 100% attendance for 4 consecutive weeks of training between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
