Your responsibilities
Support various institutions in the US/UK (banks, post offices, medical centers, etc.) which are having difficulties in communicating with foreigners living there due to a language barrier,
Answer requests and translate real-time conversations both ways via video call or a phone call, using a dedicated application.
Our requirements
Fluency in English and Ukrainian is a must,
Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation,
Being able to empathize with the caller,
Legally authorized to work in the country,
Have the proper equipment (e.g. Internet connection ) space and calm environment to be able to work remotely from home,
Stress resistant - in the event that one of the speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations such as 911 calls,
Be able to work on a shift schedule (morning and night),
