    The Robotics & Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) leads initiatives across GF&BM focused on automating manual processes using robotics and creating dynamic and flexible visual dashboards using a wide array of BI tools.  The CoE also serve as innovation leaders, continuously exploring opportunities to apply emerging enhanced automation techniques such as optical character recognition (OCR), machine learning (ML), matching algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP).  Sitting in the center, this CoE interfaces with internal clients (LOB P&A, CFO and Controller Groups) to source ideas around robotics, enhanced automation and dashboard opportunities, run functional and technical feasibility analysis, translate the ideas into use cases and partner with Technology to deliver tangible solutions against those use cases.
    Enhanced Automation Manager
    Location: Warszawa
    Responsibilities:  
    • Provide on-the-ground leadership and oversight for the local Robotics & Dashboards CoE.  
    • Partner with U.S. CoE leads to prioritize automation opportunities and identify appropriate process/ technology solutions.
    • Drive the adoption and implementation of new technologies in conjunction with Robotics.
    • Communicate open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectively to stakeholders and U.S. CoE counterparts.
    • Identify, recommend and implement best practices in conjunction with U.S. CoE leads.
    • Define, quantify and measure success across the CoE’s product offerings. 
    • Create executive level readouts and status reporting for key client counterparts using JPMC PitchPro standards. 
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of technology, finance or project management experience.
    • Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence change.
    • Excellent understanding of Finance processes and MIS platforms.
    • Knowledge of automation software (eg Xceptor, WinAutomation, Tableau) is preferred.
    • General knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and/or Technology a plus.
    • Clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
    • Possess strong PowerPoint skills. 
    • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation skills.
