Your responsibilities
Grown from a small start up, now counting almost 300 interdisciplinary professionals
Cooperating in a multicultural environment of over 1100 people located on 7 continents, 8 countries, 8 timezones
Delivering a global SaaS platform used by businesses around the world in branches including hair salons, beauty salons, physiotherapists
Delivering a global consumer product used to search for and book services
Set up team level and organisation level processes to make sure that we stay focussed on key priorities and quickly react on the needs of our customers
Work with management team to provide transparency of product development within organisation
Adopt relevant Agile methodologies to the characteristics of particular teams and products
Guide teams in Agile development and teach them to deliver product independently
Constantly inspect and adopt Booksy product development processes
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in working as an Agile Coach in a multinational companies
At least 3 years experience of working with an Agile IT teams
Track record of implementing Agile methodology into existing development team
Hands on experience in cooperation with management teams in implementing Agile into the organisation
Practical experience in scaling Agile on multiple ITt teams
Excellent command of English in speaking and writing (a necessary condition)
Passionate about getting innovation
Agile Coach Certificate will be an asset
