About the project
Enterprise Product Managers own multiple or complex digital products from conception, through launch and retirement. Enterprise Product Managers bridge the technical and business worlds as digital products are designed that enable our key business objectives through collaboration with business strategy, data science and product delivery teams. The Enterprise Product Manager develops the vision for the digital product, the digital product strategy and roadmap to execute upon the strategy of a complex ecosystem of digital products.
Main focus: EMEA OneDCE Order Management platform
Your responsibilities
Understand and contribute to the business strategy needs, the end-user needs, market, and distill this into a digital product vision to design and deliver a differentiated offering
Being the single point of contact towards other teams
Managing risks that occur during the planning, rollout and executions phase, including contingency plans preparation and presentation to Program and Product Management
Close cooperation with technical teams (Software Developers, Business Analysts, QA Specialists, Data Engineers, US/UI Designer)
Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap to business partners
Continuous discovery activities to evolve the digital product strategy to meet changing business needs or to leverage new technologies that will enhance the digital product
Utilize and advocate for product management and agile best practices to improve delivery
Drive strategy and execution for multiple products, multiple workflows, and often multiple platforms; but largely focused within a single business unit
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience as a product manager, business analyst or similar role, or minimum 11 years of equivalent industry experience or similar role
Background in software development projects with 2+ years of experience in agile software delivery using AHA!
Strong SAP Commerce Cloud Functional/Technical experience
Understanding Salesforce Commerce Cloud is beneficial
Strong communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence working in a cross functional team, building relationships with engineering teams and business stakeholders
Experience in the business domain relevant to the digital product is desirable
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle is preferred
Experience in implementing responsive user interfaces
