Your responsibilities
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Enterprise Sourcing Office – Lead analyst – Payment Card Program to join our ESO – ONBOARDING team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland, Hybrid.
Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO) Onboarding Operations supports the end-to-end Source to Pay cycle including, but not limited to RF(x) process, purchasing, contracting and PO process, also managing queries across the process lifecycle.
As a part of the ESO Operations team, this Source to Pay Lead Analyst role will be focused on ‘business as usual’ execution, as well as supporting the end-to-end Source to Pay process, including but not limited to creating and maintaining process guidance, developing supporting materials to introduce improved ‘self-help’ capabilities, and supporting day to day ESO operations. In addition, this role will be required to actively support ongoing transformation projects across the ESO function.
Employer requirements
The ideal candidate has experience operating across the Source to Pay cycle, including strategic sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, process analysis, helpdesk functions and query management, operational reporting and analysis and functional and operational transformation. In order to deliver effective support, the individual is required to have knowledge of the supply chain processes, technology and industry best practices, and be able to quickly learn specific processes and technology.
The candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong communicator in both written and verbal form, thinking outside of the box. The role will report to the Vice President, Senior Specialist Source to Pay.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
5-7 years of total work experience is necessary, minimum 3 years relevant to this position
Relevant industry experience in sourcing, procurement, contracting, operations, or finance
Experience in transformation projects will be advantageous
Good knowledge of procurement systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP Ariba, Ivalua)
Knowledge of vCard/pCard will be advantageous, but not essential
Knowledge of Contract management tool will be advantageous, but not essential
Experience in analyzing complex data and turning into actionable information and objectives
Good analytical skills, along with sound judgement and critical thinking
Able to effectively communicate with different types of stakeholders at different levels
Must communicate fluently in English
