OUR MISSION
We are looking to add an Entrepreneur in Residence to our beaver family! That means you will be an essential part of The Happy Beavers, in charge of growing our family in the best possible way – by exploring and developing new ventures to expand our business. This is the ideal concept for any (potential) startup founder: You can build a startup but will still get a salary to minimize your risk. Sounds interesting? Keep reading!
Our requirements
- If you are a sociable, ambitious and open person who is looking for a place to implement their crazy ideas, wants to work remotely and have a new and interesting experience, you could be the entrepreneur in residence we’re looking for! Note: You must have a track record of starting businesses or helping start-ups to thrive.
- You are an entrepreneur at heart who is constantly inspired by new business ideas
- You have either gained experience with previous startup projects, have a degree in entrepreneurship or otherwise proven that you are willing to succeed in the startup world
- You are hands-on, ambitious individual with an appetite for risk
- You are an all-rounder who is always looking to develop their skills
- You are highly innovative and have the ability to ‘think outside the box’
- You have experience with hiring, managing and coordinating people
- You are a self-starter who is able to work alone and as part of a team
- You have analytical skills and use data to make decisions
- You understand marketing, sales and product development

YOUR MISSION
You will be helping us identify new business opportunities and founding a startup in a safe environment in order to help us grow our business.
• Identifying gaps in the market and using creative problem-solving to originate ventures that complement our business
• Modelling businesses to ensure that operations are worthwhile and scalable
• Develop business plans and funding profiles, and lead ventures that you create
We will work with you every step of the way to ensure your success as entrepreneur in residence. First, we will help you to identify business ideas that are in synergy with our core business. Once the idea is locked in, we will develop a lean testing concept to identify its potential in the market. Finally, we will help you build the business and provide the resources you need to kick-start the idea.
