About the project
Key User will be involved in daily support of user inquiries regarding ERP systems being in use in parallel in our organization. Support of Purchasing System (SRM Accelerate), workflow integrated to approve finance documents (OPTO), granting access for SAP for SSC users will be the main responsibilities. Additionally backup for supporting Payment Factory tool (TRAX) and M3 ERP system will be included in the ERP Key User responsibility.
Resolve SRM Accelerate and OPTO system issues submitted via tickets by users from both SSC and the Business in area of finance and accounting, controlling and sales modules
Providing regular assistance to Financial Controllers in technical matters as well as support them in proposed solutions
Taking part in implementation of tools, testing and finding bugs on the platform
Manage Users, Groups, Roles, Permissions, and Organizations (SAP, OPTO, SRM Accelerate)
Performing periodic quality assurance review for master data
Analyzing root cause of the system problems, finding ways to prevent repeated future errors
Increase systems awareness in SSC by organizing periodic trainings to ERP end users
Bring and share new ERP practices, updates with end users (SSC and local Business)
Cooperate closely with Group IT team and external consultants in order to gain best knowledge and support solving daily technical issues
Drive improvement initiatives within SSC related to ERP systems and ways of working
Experience in SSC environment with focus on finance area
Finance or Purchasing process knowledge, including relevant practical experience
Working knowledge about SRM tools, SAP and/or M3 will be the advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team
Very good excel knowledge and macro/SQL will be the advantage
Very good customer service skills and customer driven focus
Problem solver, pro-activeness, improvements driver is a must
Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
