Due to very dynamic growth, we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of: EU Recruitment Advisor.
Experience: At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience or professional experience in B2B sales-related positions.
Business Development Skills: Proven skills in sourcing new clients and maintaining effective value-driven cooperation with existing business partners.
Recruitment Skills: Ability to lead the full life cycle of the recruitment process and select effective candidates.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of another EU language, especially German, Dutch, Spanish, or Czech, is a big advantage.
Relationship Building: Ability to build effective relationships with business partners and candidates.
Positive Attitude: A positive and hardworking attitude towards work.
Outgoing Personality: A bright and outgoing personality that can fit well within the team.
Resilience: Ability to handle challenges and bounce back from setbacks.
