Your responsibilities
Invoice Administration and Control and invoice receiving (paper and electronic handling)
Invoice Processing
Interaction with vendors and key business stakeholders
(Period end) Processing and reporting
Achieves performance objectives agreed with assigned Team Leader
Performs other duties as required within AP area as agreed with the assigned team lead
Our requirements
BSc in Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting
Typically 1-1,5 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes
SAP knowledge would be an asset
Communicative English and German (at least B1 level)
Analytical skills
Good organizational skills
