Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer financial reporting and forecasting tools, ensure their compliance with changing needs of the business and reporting guidelines from Fujitsu financial organization

  • Prepare standard monthly / quarterly financial reports for various internal stakeholders

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for internal stakeholders

  • Answer queries related to the reporting content.

  • Collect and consolidate inputs (e.g. commenting on variances vs forecasts) from local financial departments in the countries to provide meaningful information to Fujitsu decision-makers

  • Discuss reporting requirements with finance stakeholders

  • Develop new and adjust existing reporting templates according to business requirements

  • Design and implement new reporting procedures according to business needs

  • Maintain and administer complex financial reporting and forecasting tools, ensure their compliance with changing needs of the business and reporting guidelines from Fujitsu financial organization

  • Propose and implement improvements and automations to existing reporting and other processes supporting financial controlling (e.g. budgeting and forecasting, data consolidation and reconciliation)

  • Perform data transfers and reconciliations between different reporting tools and systems

  • Perform other duties as agreed with FP&A Team Lead

  • Support junior team members

Our requirements

  • University degree in Finance / Economics or Computer Science

  • Good understanding of financial processes and financial statements

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting role

  • Business English (oral and written skills) – C1

  • Excellent command of MS Excel

  • Good working knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP Business Explorer and/or HFM would be an advantage

  • VBA programming skills (Excel / Access / Outlook)) would be an advantage

  • SSC experience as an advantage

  • Good analytical skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work as part of a team
