Your responsibilities
Operations: Performs dedicated Supply Chain tasks to meet agreed service levels
Documentation: Prepares, controls and circulates necessary Supply Chain documents
Controlling systems: Operates controlling systems within an own area of responsibility. Reports deviations/gaps to given targets and implements defined counteractions according to agreed processes.
Partner Collaboration: Collaborates with external and internal Supply Chain partners (e.g. suppliers, service provider, customer, sales region)
Risks and Escalations: Escalates risks in a timely manner and following the correct procedures
Our requirements
Proactive approach
Demonstrates understanding and has experience in procurement activities, material planning, production planning or demand planning (scheduling, demand and supply balancing, escalation) especially in component fields such as CPU, Memory, HDD/SSD, PSU, cables, etc. (at least 1 year)
Accuracy in capturing and recording mandatory information
Ability to problem solve & resolve issues through to completion
Managing relations with Internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating intercultural awareness and competence
Ability to prioritize own and team-workload
Advanced English language (C1 / C2)
