Your responsibilities

  • Gathering, researching, analysing, and evaluating data from a variety of sources to produce strategic and actionable short and long-term initiative recommendations.

  • Responsible for performing supply chain analytics/analysis, process mapping, project status updates, input to project plans and other supply chain related services under the direction of project leader.

  • Configure SAP planning process to meet business needs

  • Support/development of KPIs, Scorecards, Sharepoint in the planning environment

  • Provide daily system and user support by performing root cause analysis for system issues

  • Provides input to the appropriate teams for the development of supply chain tools, methods, and services.

  • Provide training in supply chain processes/tools

  • Support/organization of monthly planning schedules

  • Perform end-to-end system testing to validate system configuration

Our requirements

  • Demonstrated competencies in communication, project management, presentation, process design, data analytics, persuasion and negotiation skills as needed to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain activities in a manufacturing environment, such as, Demand Forecasting, Production Scheduling, Purchasing, Material and Inventory Management, and Logistics is required.

  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Self-driven and proactive attitude

  • Extended knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Especially Power Point and Excel (ADVANCED skills, e.g. VBA/Macro)

  • SAP R/3 knowledge

  • Data Visualization skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) would be an advantage

  • Experience in Project Management and/or Quality Improvement would be an advantage

  • Managing relations with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating intercultural awareness and competence

  • Advanced English language (C1 / C2)
