Your responsibilities

  • Junior Financial Controller will be fully dedicated to business operations. Junior Financial Controller will be fully responsible for financial management of the assigned scope under close supervision of Team Leader and more senior controllers. Junior Financial Controller is responsible for financial management of the assigned projects support for standardized processes

  • Forecast and Actual Data Analysis. With support of business partner and more senior controller/Team Leader prepares financial forecasts and plan/actual analyses for a business/project and prepares them for decision-making

  • Costs allocations, accruals, prepayments, WIP; analysis of margins and detection of problems and anomalies

  • Provides financial service to the business as part of a team working with some autonomy

  • Assists with the production of a clear financial plan which underpins the Operating Unit strategy

  • May provide basic best-practice advice and recommendations in specialist areas

  • Influences performance by resolving local problems and advising line management in order to influence decisions relating to some or all costs, cash flow, investments, productivity, systems, controls or processes

  • Ensure process controls are fully implemented across area of responsibility

  • Ensures effective communication or basic mitigation of events or proposals that would trigger a negative variance to forecast or budget

  • Travel and Entertainment costs (identification of improper cost allocation and its correction)

  • Influences operational management decision making to protect the company assets

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance-related area

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Reveal and proactive behaviours

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Practical knowledge of one of the ERP systems: SAP FI / CO / SD/ Oracle modules

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including excellent MS Excel working skills

  • Practical knowledge of HFM as an advantage

  • Reliability in figures

  • Skills to support collaboration across Finance

  • Fluent command of English written and spoken

  • Promote continuous improvement culture within the team
