Europe - Junior Recruitment Specialist with German
Together with your colleagues in Lodz, you will be a fully integrated member of the Talent & Aquisition team in Germany from day one. Your main duties will include:
  • You are responsible to plan and organize interviews with candidates, hiring managers and HR. It is important that you can handle to plan a large amount of appointments within a set time goal without any mistakes
  • Supporting the recruitment and hiring process: maintaining our applicant pipelines, screening applicants, preparing job postings, and assisting with applicant communication in both German and English.
  • Tracking and updating HR metrics
  • Owning various research and administrative tasks.
  • You are able to organize your work, also in stressful situations.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English.
  • You have very good knowledge of the entire MS Office Suite.
  • A keen interest in talent acquisition and HR. Some previous experience in recruitment is considered an asset.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, as well as problem solving and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • German and English language capabilities (spoken and written).
  • Working experience with HR platforms especially Taleo is considered as an asset
