Your responsibilities
Verification and update of SAP system tables in respect to missing tax informations
Requesting new tax codes in SAP
Managing of Service Requests related to SAP maintenance
Solving errors for SD orders due to missing conditions
Maintenance of SAP in area of VAT related settings
Validate the local tax requirements to determine VAT condition tables
Project participation ( ONE ERP, standardization, RPA, ACL)
VAT declarations preparation
Support for other stakeholders in respect to SAP/preparation of VAT return
Tax audit support for VAT requests
Proactive co-operation with other work streams within the SSC in overseeing the end-to-end process chain for all relevant tax processes
Propose, evaluate and implement process improvements
Achieve performance objectives agreed with Team Lead
Our requirements
Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a tax department of an international company.
Solid international tax and tax compliance knowledge .
Solid ERP system (SAP) and Excel knowledge.
Very good command of English
Teamwork skills, reliability, self-assertiveness and the ability to work conceptually.
Ability to work under time pressure
Effective communication skills
