We are currently hiring for the position of:

European Consultant Support Representative

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Duties:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries (emails, tickets, chats, phone calls) coming from our European consultants
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication with the international team
  • Follow detailed instructions
  • Solve straightforward problems and seek guidance as needed
  • Research, gather and analyze information related to specific assignments
  • Apply effective communication and customer service skills
  • Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
  • Effectively relay the Client's values and culture in every phone, ticket, chat and e-mail contact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Fluency in English (fluent German/ French/ Dutch will be an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to apply knowledge learned
