Your responsibilities
To introduce tools and systems to drive a more efficient recruitment process and train local recruiters all across Europe
To assist with large scale recruitment in multiple territories to avoid using temp agencies
To assist in finding solutions when urgent internal posting abroad is require to support other countries
To understand, highlight and share best recruitment, onboarding and retention practices
To support with HR marketing initiatives
To improve RGIS branding on social media to make us an attractive employer
To research and provide insight of immigrations rules for posting workers
To manage and execute any Recruitment, communication or HR projects as required
To ensure required documentation is up to date for audit purposes
To monitor retention KPIS using appropriate tools
To create an internal culture of sharing best experience and practice
To ensure that RGIS “knows it’s workforce” by collecting data from across different European territories
Our requirements
Experience of devising and implementing HR recruitment strategy
Experience of enhancing Employer’s brand and reputation through various channels
Experience of organising large scale projects in recruitment
Experience of working in an organisation operating in different international markets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with various stakeholders of different levels and cultures
A proactive, organised and flexible approach to working
An innovator who can think outside of the box to solve issues and implement new strategies
Strong IT skills and familiar with recruitment tools and social media
Degree or Masters level qualification in a relevant discipline
Fluent in English and at least one other European language (French or Polish preferable)
