Currently, for one of our clients- one of the largest contract manufacturing companies operating across the whole Europe and Asia I'm looking for an experienced Sales Director, who will take full responsibility for managing all sales operations and setting up a new strategy within the whole Europe. For now it's a one-man's role, so we're looking for a person who is a hands-on player and is really focused on own sales, but also is a great team player across the whole organization.
We're looking for candidates across the whole Europe, so you can be located anywhere across the whole continent.
Bringing new business through maximising existing customers’ business opportunities as well through winning new contracts.
Developing and implementing strategy, tactics, sales plans to reach sales&profit targets.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
Building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs and build loyalty.
Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events and effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Developing and promoting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Preparing sales reports.
Understanding industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Identifying and implementing sales KPIs.
A minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Sales Director or similar role.
Proven track record in leading sales roles in cosmetic industry.
Knowledge of contract manufacturing business in cosmetics industry (body and face care, make-up, fragrances etc.).
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Capability to support a fast-growing business in a dynamic sector.
Good business sense and initiative.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. (Other European languages will be treated as a strong asset).
The ability to motivate and leading people to reach outstanding performance.
True flexibility in a fast changing business landscape.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
A team player, who contributes to a professional and balanced working environment.

Person being a driver of strategic changes across the sales area.
Knowledge of trends and new innovation approach across the CM area in the cosmetics industry.
Knowledge of issues and limitations that CM companies are facing.
Experience from e-commerce or other relevant digital sales roles is a plus.
Having a previous experience as an implementer of strategic changes across the whole company will be treated as a strong asset.
