    Our Client is one of the UK’s leading food coatings companies and a major player specializes in the production of coating systems for customers in the global food processing industry. They work with processing firms and food solutions suppliers to develop value-added products for retail and foodservice markets. They support many of the world’s leading food brands though their international network of manufacturing sites and commitment to new product development.

    In order to support the expansion and strengthen the commercial strategy towards CEE market our Client currently is looking for a senior and highly experienced commercial leader to join the Board (reporting into the CEO) to lead the formulation and subsequent execution of the business development strategy:

     

    Your mission:

    The primary focus will be identifying and prioritizing opportunities (channels, sectors, customer type etc.) and then working with colleagues located abroad to create the right value propositions. You will be responsible for drive profitable and sustainable growth by establishing commercial structure and further developing Client`s business with existing & new customers, across existing & new territories in particular CEE. Your focus needs to be boosting Company presence & revenue in the region – through dynamic, systematic & transparent commercial activity.

    Yourself:

    You have acquired either a University degree with extensive commercial experience in Poland and other European countries. Additionally, you have successfully worked in a similar position within field sales for at least seven years and are well-versed in food processing companies and international commercial exposure. With goal-orientation, ambition and initiative you create and maintain long term customer relationships. Furthermore, you are an open-minded, driven and self-starting individual with good problem-solving and decision-making skills. We expect you to be fluent in English. Ideally if you have experience with food additives and ingredients (chemicals, spices, coatings etc). A sound level of intrinsic motivation, interest in the products and the willingness to travel abroad will complete your profile.
