European Sales Manager

Do you have what it takes to be our European Sales Manager? This is a rare opportunity to join a great team in a role that will make a difference.

We are expanding our operations and are now looking for a Sales Manager with excellent German and English language skills.

This is a client facing role that is directly responsible for generating revenue for RocketRoute.

Prospecting and reaching out to potential customers is a key component of this role. The right candidate must possess the skills to generate and qualify leads involving executive level decision makers and high net-worth individuals within the Aviation industry.

Revenues will be generated through existing leads, prospecting, meetings and through searching for potential clients that have an identifiable need for RocketRoute services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and close new and existing sales opportunities
  • Create and manage a Business Aviation and Airline sales pipeline
  • Create and present proposals to clients
  • Conduct detailed demonstrations remotely and in person
  • Pitch to clients by phone and in person
  • Work with our marketing partners to help setup new customers
  • Capture and feed back customer needs from the European Market
  • Travel to industry trade shows, client events and prospect meetings
  • Handle inquiries from customers

RocketRoute has a successful business model and is now looking for an experienced and proven candidate to assist in our growth.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Sales skills and experience essential
  • Speak English and German fluently
  • Relevant Qualifications in Sales, Business, Marketing, STEM or similar disciplines
  • Experience in aviation is a plus
  • Organised self-starter able to follow through tasks in a long-term sales cycle
  • Ability to sell in person and via telephone without fear or apprehension of cold calling
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com or similar is a plus
  • Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Able to work virtually as a team
  • Confident using technology such as mobile apps, google docs, remote working tools
