Your responsibilities
Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
Establish good working relationships with the employees in order to be recognized as the natural go to person to deliver on our value proposition
Facilitate end-user surveys and drive continuous improvement at account based on survey insights
To ensure the teams deal effectively with all business user/ client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
Our requirements
A minimum 3 years of professional experience related Hospitality/ Event Sector
Fluency in English
Preferred experience within Workplace Design Experience, Service Design, Event Management and/or Integrated Facility Management with emphasis on service delivery
Excellent communication skills
Good time management
Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and change
Good relationship and stakeholder management
Exceptional planning, organizing
Service orientation and service partnership attitude
