ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll report directly to our Key Account Manager and work alongside Event Production, Partnerships and Virtual Marketplace Operations in delivering remote team building events to business customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Full-cycle sales process - from an inbound lead to a successful sale, you’re the owner of the pipeline, this means: mastering the art of follow up, running calls & product demos, providing detailed call summaries and quoting and emailing customers

You’re a good storyteller - people listen to you even if you’re reading a furniture assembly manual. You could give English lessons to native speakers and you’re not public-speaking shy. You might not have a lengthy experience list on your CV but you’re keen to learn and your enthusiasm for growth is contagious.

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proactive & easy-going mindset

  • A competitive monthly salary & performance-based bonus after the trial period
  • 20 days of paid time off per year + public holidays to support your work-life balance
  • A choice to work 100% remotely or, if you prefer, from our office in Kraków
