Lead and coach the Global Continuous Improvement team and own the Continuous Improvement Program for the customer
Align savings targets with the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure sufficiency of resources
Conduct value stream mapping to understand the current supply chain better and provide gap analysis on future versus the current state
Identify strategic savings areas, creating savings projects portfolio
Address risks and concerns, issues in existing approaches, eliminate barriers, and implement cost-saving projects
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry
Proven track record in project management and business case creation
Proven experience in supply chain cost budgeting, process optimization, and value stream mapping
Excellent command in the English language

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the customer's supply chain inefficiencies, proposing supply chain cost savings, creating business cases, implementing proposed optimized solutions into practice.
